I am a freelance science journalist and communicator based in London. I mainly write about life science and things on my radar of interest. My work appears in outlets like Nature Italy, Science News for Students, The Scientist and others.
I started my journey as a researcher, completing a PhD and a PostDoc in immunology. I’ve always been more interested in talking about science than doing my own experiments, so I moved toward a different path. After a PostGrad course in Practical Science Communication at University of West England, I waved good-by to the bench for good.
Besides working as freelance journalist, I collaborate with Native Scientist to promote science literacy among migrant children and communicate about 3Rs and animal research for Imperial College London. I am a member of the Association of British Science Writers and STEMPRA.
